I live in the UK and would like to purchase this lovely rose to put in my "English Rose Garden" to commemorate Doris's forthcoming 90th birthday. Is there any suppliers in this Country? Kind regards.

Hello Sylvia,
I am happy to announce that the Doris Day Rose will be available to order in the UK in November 2014. C&K Jones are the suppliers and this is their link for further information.

I understand that although the Doris Day Rose is not yet advertised on their website, it will be in their new catalogue which is due to be printed at the end of October 2014.

I put the word out to our UK fans. I haven't got an answer yet. Your best bet may be to contact your local nursery and see if they can give you details on how to obtain the rose.

To honour Doris's life, we UK fans are encouraging each other to plant her rose namesake when they become available, as a living tribute to her. I hope the rest of the world will follow suit and keep her memory alive.
