One of the things that people react negatively to at awards shows is the number of unrelenting thank you's to every Tom, Dick and Harry in the world. It would be so much better if folks would just simply say, ''to all who helped in any way, we thank you for all of your efforts and appreciate what you did more than you will ever know."

Putting this site together has been an amazing ride. We received help from all over the world. There are so many people that we need to thank. So to all of you we send our heartfelt thanks.
